New firmware and software versions for the HP Latex R Printer series are available for download. HP recommends that all printers be upgraded to the new firmware and software as soon as possible. New printers must be upgraded during installation.
New features and improvements include the following:
- Visual style updated to Modern UI and a new inbox layout.
- Allow setting the default alignment in the configuration.
- Allow to set IP Configuration from IPS.
- Skip white areas (only flexible media).
- Enable only the curing functionality.
- Added new media plot
- The installer window flow has been reduced to avoid too much user interaction.
- Improve registration button removed from the queue properties.
- OMES revision changed to 10.0.0.
