The new Output Platen Protector is now available. This new hardware solution can be used with your HP Latex 330, HP Latex 360 and HP Latex 370 Printers.
HP has developed this hardware solution designed to improve the ability of some banners to slide trough the Output Platen. This is specially recommended with double-sided applications. When the substrate get stuck it can result in scratches and jumps risks.
The Output Platen Protector It is included in all the printers produced from November 2015 onwards. If you experience difficulties like described in the previous paragraph, and your printer didn't include this part, contact your Support team to request this Output Platen Protector
