Substrate margins have been added in the new Internal Print Server. This new option allows you to add positive and negative margins.
Margins set up
Notice that margins set up in the Substrate Properties section represent the distance from the edge of the job to the edge of the substrate, and thus negative margins are allowed.
On the other hand, the margins set up in the Job Properties section add blank spaces to the job on the selected sides. Adding margins ‘modifies’ the dimensions of the job, and thus negative margins are not allowed.
Substrate margins and job margins are accumulated. So, a job with margins of 10,10,10,10 and substrate configuration margins of -5, -5, -5, -5 will be printed with margins of 5,5,5,5 (no full bleed).
IMPORTANT: Supported for rigid materials only.
