504 Gateway Time-out

I ve got a problem with wall art suite wordpress pluggin - when I clicked "start HP WallArt Design " it returns me 504 error, moreover when I unclicked search for objects or search for backgrounds everything dissapear- there is no icons, no buttons or anything.
