Vinyl Heat Transfer

Am I able to get vinyl heat transfer for my Latex 360 for t shirts? If so, what material is recommended?

#2 Can I find video or step process on doing this. I bought the Siser material but I'd like to know the weeding process etc. I am new to this process. Thank you!

#4 Videos are much appreciated. I see a profile for the siser colorprint gloss but I bought the Matte. Any idea if that gloss profile will work for matte?

#5 Hello, The glossiness might affect to the color accuracy of the prints (basically, the ICC profile could be improved by creating a new one with an external spectrophotometer), but the rest of the printer settings should work. I would recommend you to try with that one and let me know if the performance is good enough for you and your cusomers. If it's not we can send you another ICC profile for you to test it. I’m looking to print t something that can stretch on a compression T-shirt. Is there a material you recommend for that? I’ve seen a product made by cad-color solutions opaque but it says for solvent printers. I have a latex 335.

I have a HP latex 365 printer and we bought some Chemica hotmark 1792, it has icc profile that we downloaded from hp. It prints great on the HTV but the problem we are having is the HTV is not coming off to the transfer tape. We have used 2 different application tapes that 2 different websites recommended clear 850 and also att 450. Neither of the 2 application tapes peel the transfer completely. Do we need to tweak the heating and curing on the hp printer? Is the HTV getting to hot and sticking to the liner? Please help

Hi @nikki7160, If you have changed any print mode settings in your media profile, we recommend you to use the default settings in the Siser Color Print PU media profile available in the Media Locator. These settings are optimized for optimal IQ and durability. If the default settings do not work, you can tweak them on the printers front panel to adjust them for your application and environment. In your case, since the ink isn't curing properly, you can try small increments to the curing temperature or increasing the number of passes used. I hope this helps.

#9 @digitaldesignseldo6633 Were you ever able to find a solution to getting the siser material to come off its backing onto the clear mask for transfer? I am just trying this with the siser colorprint pu and I have tried the easy mask and the high tack that is recommended by the company, but I have 3 that worked out of 17. Thanks in advance.

I am using an Epson stylus c88 for the heat transfer process. I brought this printer after reading an article from" https://trashn2tees.com/best-printers-for-heat-transfers/". There was no issue. But I want to switch to "HP LaserJet Pro M454dw". Can anyone tell if it will be a good decision? Or suggest to me an HP printer that will serve the purpose smoothly. Thanks in advance.

Hello I was looking at the profiles for the siser htv but it does not have a profile for a hp 570. has anyone tried the profiles of that machine?

Hi I just bought a latex 365 last week. got to do small colour logos on black t-shirts this week. really also struggling to get that backing tape on the full colour logo print for the transfer. someone told me to try to do the heat press without the backing tape? any idea how that works? cant find anything on youtube? any link or help would be be appreciated... thank you

Why do yall keep giving ppl this ridiculously wrong info. if you go to https://www.printos.com/ml/#/medialocator and type in "heat transfer material" you'll get a messages that says no results found.....hp jus havent got there stuff together when it comes to apparel. I've been seaching for one simple answer brand name of the right substrate compatible for hp latex printers, with no printing or pressing issues and you cant even get a straight forward answer from any of hp affiliates.................thinking bout trying another brand of machines for my t-shirts and apparel cause hp is not it. period..........
