WallArt: Adding Printers

Hi, I'm setting up WallArt but when I try to add my Printers, it says the serial numbers are already in use. Please help! Thanks

Hi Sonia, I have the same problem with adding a 560 to Wallart..it says it is not a valid serial I have ?? I ahve of course double checked both in printer and my Latex app....

Just to update this post... Looks like I had serial numbers entered on an older (retired) WallArt account. Thanks to Sonia, a very helpful moderator, we were able to clear the serial number from the old account and I was able to add it to my current account. Fixed!
