HP 570 Printer : When Printing Blue color white dots are coming on media.

1. Is it because of Media Problem. 2.Is it because of Printer Problem.

First of all, make sure you are using certified media. To make sure, go to the media locator and look it up.

The second possibility is an issue related to the cyan PH, in which case try cleaning it.

After that, perform a Printhead health test plot. It can be printed from the Settings menu, Image quality maintenance > Clean printheads > Print test plot, or from the Service menu, Image quality plots > 2.4 PH health > 2.4.1 Print test plot.

Then perform a Force drop detection. Go to Service menu > 1 Service utilities > 1.5 Scan axis > 1.5.1 Force drop detection.

This will show the nozzles out and the value should be below 150 nozzles per printhead, if the cyan one has more than that it will be necessary to change the Printhead with a new one.
