21:13 – Problem with the service station: SVS jamProblem - 21.04:03

consistant 21.3:10 errors after the interconnect pca and service station had been replaced. Still recieving 21:13 error. Even entering into diagnostics and performed and tested the travel 0f the maint cartrigde.

21:13 is Service Station Jam. You should check nothing is broken or blocking the maintenance cartridge and mechanics.

21.04:03 is overcurrent in Service Station. You should check nothing is broken or blocking the maintenance cartridge and mechanics.

21.03:10 is faulty in rack engage motor in Service Station. You should check nothing is broken or blocking the maintenance cartridge and mechanics.
