64 Cutter stop mid way through cut

Have recently been cutting using the automatic detection method as it cant detect the barcode due to the anti-slip laminate. So it detects all the marks and begins to cut as normal but it suddenly STOPS mid-way through the cutting process with no error or any indication as to why with half the job still remaining. It doesn't say to load media again or anything it simply goes back to the main menu.

Hi @willow7477, My main recommendation is to double-check if contour cut/cut through lines are properly set up. If this is not the case try to reinstall the latest SAI software (SAI just release an update), perform the cutter and printer IP set up, and try again. If none of these actions is resolving the issue, contact HP support as a replacement might be needed.
