64" Latex cutter : Wont read past yellow on barcode

Hi All, I'm desperately seeking help. I have a HP 365 printer and cutter. Its all been working fine but today when cutting a job it jammed, Not badly as it was easy to fix but now when I try to print it will read the yellow part of the barcode but once it hits the solid black line it comes up with the number 02830829201. NOTHING i have done has rectified the problem, I have cleaned it, recalibrated, reset even set back to factory settings and still wont work. The only other thing it might says is it can't detect opposite barcode. It will cut the confidence test just fine So i really don't know. Trying to find where to ring to talk to a tech is impossible! I am really starting to regret going the Latex route Can anyone help me please?

If you are using FlexiPRINT RIP you have to press "send" the job once the cutter read the barcode "02830829201". If after having done this the cutter still doesn't work please contact your support representative.
