800 w - White ink scratching

We had our 800w installed earlier this week and have been having issues printed solid white ink onto PET opticlaly clear window film, it scratches easily with by fingernail, squeegee (felt or teflon) The prints have been sitting for 48 hours now so no concern with curing times between print and install. Is there any other solution?

Hi @Simon9284, It is very important to load the media with the proper family due to settings being different depending on the media being loaded. • Check if this Brand is on the media locator? If so download it on the printer. • If the media is a PET clone from the generic clear polyester film, load the media and print. Try to use the specifics print modes. I hope it helps.
