Can Not Login to hp wallart

Hi. I have an account with hp wall art. which is my printer is registered to. i have forgotten my password but i am not able to reset the password because i don't receive the code from hp. i have open the new account but i can not register my printer due to is still linked to the old account. the old account email address is: orders@musiccitysigncompany.com can anyone help with this please. thank you.

#2 Yes please if you can delete the old account that would be great the email associated with the old account is orders(at)musiccitysigncompany.com the new acount email is saeed(at)mysiccitysigncompany.com
