Can't find the media I have- Briteline Translucent Printable Vinyl Film

I have a media called Briteline Translucent Printable Vinyl Film used for backlit sign applications. Media is loaded in HP 365 but cannot find the substrate on profile. Any ideas?

Hi @Ben9221, There is no Briteline Translucent certified profile for the L365, I recommend using a generic profile. If this doesn't work, try using a similar translucent profile from the media locator that is certified.
