Color Calibration - phototex

Hello, I have a new HP Latex 115. I did a color calibration with phototex opaque and the colors are muted/faded looking on my prints, I'm using the ICC profile for phototex from the hp media site. When I use a similar media, with the same icc profile, that I did not calibrate, the colors come out vibrant. Everything seems to be working fine according to print tests. Can anyone help with this issue? Thank you!

Hi @Ruby1791, My recommendation, in this case, is to clone a generic ICC and make the color calibration and see the results. If the results are wrong please contact HP support.
