Color Variation with File Size

Hello, We are having trouble when we export the same Pantone color profiles in the same file types. The only difference between files will be the size of the graphic/color field within the files. Is there a way to fix this issue to where we as a shop can feel confident when we print a file for one side of the vehicle that it will match the file for the hood? Thank you, Bryan

Hi Lgraphics, I've asked several RIP specialist in here and it seems that your issue could be caused by the RIP itself, so I recommend you to contact your RIP support source in order to check it.
