Colorimetry problem after printhead replaced. HELP!

HP Latex 500 Series

Hi,
I appreciate some help.
The situation is:
An HP Latex 570 printer, color calibration satus ok, non expired Magenta / Yellow printheads with 6 liters ink used, same vinyl, same profile and pass mode, same print job and then we achive a color (oranje color).
Then, after 3 weeks, we replaced the two magenta / Yellow printheads at same time and then after color calibration, we aren´t able to achive the same oranje color, no matter what we do!
The job file was riped with the same icc profile.
I've done some test to simulate this situation, and I understood that the old printheads aren't able to fire the same amount of magenta ink, so we are not able to achive the same color.

My doubt/question is:
Is there any ink usage limit of printheads before we start to loose the color reliability even with the colors calibrations available?
Can it be some kind of issue at my espectrophotometer?
Does the firmware, after color calibration, shouldn't be able to force the old printheads firing the same amount of ink, or simply reject the printheads when they aren't able to do it?

I will post some pictures asap.

Hello @Bruno

Please see my answers in italics:

Is there any ink usage limit of printheads before we start to loose the color reliability even with the colors calibrations available? CLC has a margin of correction of the color. The degradation of the printhead itself it is usually within these levels. Nonetheles, it could happen. That you might have done a Reference with the first printheads with a printhead condition that when changing the printhead cannot be achieved anymore. It is weird but it can happen. Assuming that you have done the right Color workflow in the sense that the orange you got at the very beginning was obtained with a calibrated printer (CLC done and ICC done for that particular CLC reference) if this is not well done you won't get the same orange anymore because it is a chance result.

Can it be some kind of issue at my espectrophotometer? When the Spectrophotometer has any issue raises an error.

Does the firmware, after color calibration, shouldn't be able to force the old printheads firing the same amount of ink, or simply reject the printheads when they aren't able to do it? Yes, when CLC is done it makes the printer prints the same amount of ink, if it is not able to do so it does'nt reject the printheads, but it doesn't pops any message either.

Please let me know if these answers has help you, otherwise I suggest to contact your support team.
