colors

hp latex 260 --- on going problem -- I enter pantone colors for a variety of greys and they print tans and browns ---- just changed all print heads and it did not fix the problem can anyone help ??

You should perform a Color Calibration after replacing the printheads, ensure the environmental specs are according to the user guide, use the same substrate as the ICC was created on. You can clone the substrate profile and redo the CLC/ICC to test if it improves. If the issue persists you should contact your support service.
