Couldn't get correct color in hp latex 375

Hi, we'r facing an issue in hp latex 375 that is we couldn't get correct color while printing.So we try to print a sample of red100 and yellow 100 and it also not get correct image.

Hi @ sithuhtay.mandalay8126, Image quality issues are usually related to print head problems. I suggest checking the print heads: Maintain Image Quality > Clean Print Heads > Print Test Plot. If after checking the status plot any printheads are damaged, I suggest replacing them. If the issue persists, please get in contact with your support representative.

#1 try using another color profile of image -rgb - Adobe 1998 RGB or sRGB...if icc profile is cmyk - fogra 27...or try using for adhesive vinyl 10 to 16 pass 120 ink...
