Create substrate profile problem

Our Latex 360 can not make new substrate profile, either cloning or make new one. It always tells substrate profiles was full, need to backup or delete. I already deleted many substrate profiles, but the printer always tell substrate profiles was full. How to solve it?

Please, try to reinstall the Firmware. If this does not work they will need to contact your reseller for support.
