Creating ICC profiles on HP PageWide XL Pro series

In the FAQ session of the HP PageWide XL Pro we found follow hint: 'Can I create my own ICC profiles?

Yes. It can be done with Ingenium HP internal tool or with the compatible RIP Software (Caldera, Onyx). To do this, an external spectrophotometer is needed.'

Creating an ICC profile with Caldera or Onyx is clear, but what means the Ingenium HP internal tool? How does it work?
