Curing problem HP570

Hi, I have a problem with the curing on our HP Latex 570. I get wet spots (not cured well). Never had it before in 3 years... I also get a warning message 08:08, but can't find this one anywhere??? I have the latest firmware installed recently and it says it's up to date. Does anybody know what this means?

#1 Hi , Condensation has formed on top of the drying, it must be removed, I also advise you to disassemble the dryer, remove the fans and clean with a brush and vacuum cleaner.

Hi @studio38292, This issue is related to an Application crash on the front panel side. I suggest trying the following: Press Enter and continue. Try the last operation again. Switch the power off at the rear of the printer, wait briefly, then switch it back on again. Update the firmware again. If the problem persists please contact your support representative.
