Hello @ jkouakou5348 In case the contour does not match the printed design, then check the following items: The shift calibration determining the offset between the knife tip and the OPOS sensor may be off. Run the OPOS offset calibration test. [MENU] – [SYSTEM SETUP] – [CALIBRATIONS] – [CAL. OPOS]. The sensitivity of the OPOS sensor may not be set correctly for the media used. Check the OPOS sensitivity setting. [MENU] – [SYSTEM SETUP] – [CALIBRATIONS] – [CAL. MEDIA]. The software generating the contours (RIP) may contain a bug. Update the software. If the issue persists, we suggest contacting HP support.

#1 In case the contour does not match the printed design, please go through the calibration process. When you click the Print+Cut button, there should be a Calibrate button where you can change the offset values. If it sitll does not work, Try using a third-party vinyl cutting software, such as Easy Cut Studio, XFCut and etc.
