Good morning, We have 3 cyan cartridges that seem to have failed (one nearly empty, another 50ml down, the last brand new), the machine simply calls for replacement. I have updated the firmware, and verified there is no visible damage to either the ISS or the cartridges. I have replaced the ink tubes (which includes the ISS electronics) to address this symptom before, which worked for about a year, but ink tubes certainly last more than a year. What's the root cause of the problem, and how can it be addressed permanently?
