Error 17.0:11

Hi, I got an error after replacing the #3 manintanance kit. When i am on the machine initialisation starts showing an error of 12.30:10 then initialisation continue and 26 % its shows error 17.0:11. What we do?

Based on the system errors that are showing on your printer, you should contact your HP Support Service.

The error message/s involve the PrintMech(board) to Interconnect(board) power cable connection.

I would advise you talk to your HP Technician to look at this. It can either be the cable or the actual board at fault.

  1. Check the Print mech. to Interconnect cable. 2. Check the TUR, Right aerosol fan, and Primer valves. 3. Check the Printmech PCA.
