ERROR INITIALIZING IN PROGRESS HP LATEX 115 WILL NOT START

happened to anyone???? the machine does not start and the initialization in progress screen remains what could be the problem ??

Hi @autierosas12729, Try to power off the printer and unplug the chords from electricity, then plug it again and power it on. If the printer still does not work, I suggest contacting a service representative.
