Everything HP online seems broken!

#1 Creighton 5 years ago

Anyone know what is going on with the Latex printing division at HP? It increasingly seems like everything online is broken. The latest example, most of the applications suite help and forum links seem to link out to http://h20435.www2.hp.com and the subdomain seems to be completely offline. Help Center submit a question is totally broken - https://hpwallart.com/help#submit_a_question. When I recently opened a ticket, most of the links to online chat I can find are broken, and because I didn't have docs onsite, it took me almost an hour to find a decent contact number to get head replacement processed. Is HP working toward online integration, or is everything just falling apart and this is the future indefinitely?

And I hate to just pile on, but in continued searching for a solution to my other question this morning, I go to support.hp.com, but when I click on sign in, which I suspect is required before I can submit a ticket, I receive:

{"errorCode":"UNEXPECTED_ERROR","errorReason":"Illegal character in query at index 43: https://support.hp.com/us-en/search?q=Latex 115","constraintViolations":null}

Surely the future will get better?
