Firmware upgrade on new latex 115 print/cut

I just setup the new 115 print cut and I’ve tried a number of times to update the firmware on the cutter without success. I’m am connected via Ethernet cable, downloaded the lasted firmaware and installed the HP Cutter Control. The display on the cutter shows it downloading and the freezes at 97% and after that tells me the upgrade failed. Upgrading from version 32 to 34. Any ideas?

I was able to upgrade the FW using a USB cable but not over the network. Thanks
