Gaps between print jobs or Latex R-Series 2000

Any ideas on how to minimise the gaps between prints? By default the printer seems to put a 300-400mm gap between prints - we've tried pre-loading and hitting the substrate ready button as quickly as possible but there seems to be a default setting here... the gap is larger on some substrates, especially when lower heat settings are being utilised?

Hi @scott.sign.network, The gap between printings depends on different factors: the print mode, the heat temperatures (heat sensitive or not), etc. Make sure the printer has the last FW version installed, which helps optimize these settings, and if installed, the printer is already printing with the minimum gap.
