Gray's on Latex 360

I am having trouble hitting any gray colors on my Latex 360. The only way I seem to be able to get a good gray is if I turn the ICC OFF in Onyx..........but then images don't look good and won't that affect any pms colors in the file? Any tips.

I will not recommend you to turn off the ICC. Which media are you using? Are you using the profiles embedded in the printer?

I am using both 3m IJ180CV3 and General formulations Matte 102-54. Every month I have had the LX360 I have done the color calibration and the ICC profiles through the printer for every material.
