Having issues printing LC

I work for a company called Texas Tank, recently (less than 6 months) ago we purchased a HP Latex 115 printer. It has been working out great since we got it, but recently when we try to print anything with grey he grey comes out pink. I've tried calibrating the color and cleaning the LC print head, but still the color doesn't come out right. I attached an image of the calibration where you can see the LC is, well just a bunch of lines, and a Pantone color sheet with what is supposed to be greys. Any help and suggestions will be appreciated.

#1 Hi, looks like your LC printhead have problem, you can print out printhead status plots and verify which printhead need to be clean or replace. Setting > Image-quality maintenance > Clean printheads >Print test plot.

How can we improve it?

I've cleaned the print heads multiple times, the print head not working is LM/LC but only the LC is having problems. The print head has sprayed less than 100 ml of ink and even after cleaning it 8 times (2 manually) it still isnt printing. Could it just be defective? I need to know so we can order a new one and start printing decals again because we are running low.

Hi, yes. if that PH is not defect by mis handling, then you can just call for warranty claim.
