HP 1500 error code 11.05.03:04

Printer was printing fine and then the data stopped sending in the middle of a print and stopped printing. Tested it in diagnostics mode and everything checked out fine. Went back to run it normally and it wouldn't run anymore.

You need to follow these steps:

• Move the carriage to the service position (similar to when you need to replace a PH)

• Remove the MY PH

• Check the LED on the Printhead Interconnect board (see image attached): DS1 green, DS15 green

• Turn off the printer

• Reseat all the cables on the PH

• Turn on the printer

If it's still failing, contact your support representative.
