HP 1500 Error Code 17.01.01:10

Hi everyone Just trying to figure out what needs to be done to get this error fixed. We tried to shut the printer down 3 times and still comes up with this error. Not sure what we would need to do to fix this. Hoping we don't need to order parts for this.

Hi @steven.liu19069, My suggestion is to check that the circuit brakes in the front of the printer are UP. Press the button on the blue circuit breakers. If the problem persists contact your support representative.
