HP 330 not accepting ink cartridge

Hi. I have an HP latex 330 printer in Kenya and I have been using the 831c cartridges. The local supplier doesnt have them in stock so I imported them from India. I checked on the website that it uses 831b cartridges that were available and brought them. When i try replace the cartridge now it says incorrect cartridge. Please help

Hi Tangrine, If you bought your printer in EMEA you must use the same region cartridges in order to run the printer properly. I just can advise you to return the indian cartridges to your supplier and look for 831C ones.
