hp 360 print head issue after 30ml print

Printer hp360 we noticed print quality issues. Ran some tests and noticed print head not working, light cyan. Changed to new print head. After about 30ml prints the same issue arouse. again after short while. We thought initially a faulty printhead. changed to brand new again along with some other older print heads all to new. printer with all brand new printheads prints fine for again around 30ml worth and the issue arouse Same print head lighy cyan seem to stop working after few prints. anyway can advise or give any information would much appreciate as to what might be causeing this issue.

Hi @printseychelles17062,

If the ink supply is out of warranty we recommend that you change the light cyan ink supply and replace the printhead. If it is under warranty, please contact your support representative.

#1 Experiencing the exact same issue with LC printhead. Replacement lasted for one print and back to banding... If you figure it out let me know!

We have had this issue in the past. If you know how, trying aligning the primer. It has worked for us.
