HP 365: Redo the Substrate Preset Upgrade - Can't load Phototex profile

Hi, I get this error when trying to install the Phototex OPA profile, from the HP site, both on the printer and on the computer: Redo the Substrate Preset Upgrade The error screen goes on to say that "substrate preset file was faulty" (see attachment). Can you please help me get a working profile? Thanks, Scott D

Thanks for the try, ivoslbg5445. When I follow links on the Phototex page, they send my right back to HP unfortunately.

#3 May be you should contact Phototex for support in this case, only this profile isn't installable even for latex 560-570, no problem with other profiles...
