HP 365 - Streaks in print

Using an HP 365, printing on Orajet 3651: getting horizontal streaks/smudges in the print. This is a new media for us, not sure how to proceed to avoid this image quality issue. Checked printer heads, no debris, prints on other media fine. Figure this is a media issue and hoping someone has a suggestion. TIA

Hi @Rainingjello12939, The issue is caused by the carriage rubbing on the printzone with fresh ink. Due to excess temperature, the media may suffer deformations and this may interfere whit the carriage passes Be sure to use the correct OMS from Media Locator. If the problem persists, try to reduce the curing temperature by 5ºC to avoid wrinkles.
