HP 365 Take up roll make media jump

HP Latex 365 Printer

#1 Heartland819 5 years ago

the media will jump/shift forward when the media take up roll is working, creating a large shadow. This just started within the last month and have been using #1 Printer for almost a year and #2 Printer for a few months. It happens on both printers.

#1 What type of media are you using? Is your media supplier aware of this? Is it doing this with any other media? Are you using the Output Platen Cover? Is there a lot of heat when curing? Have the room environments changed? These may help in regards to a solution.
