HP 700W, Waiting for Media Size error

Hi Guys,

We have a 700W and at the moment it wont recognize the file when imported and just says Waiting for Media Size. Nothing else happens. Any help will be much appreciated.

I will explain with examples / pictures what is happening:

If the image is bigger than the roll loaded you will always have this message: wait for media size (Rip image 79¨x 79¨) -> see image 1 attached.

Roll loaded on the printer is 24¨ -> see image 2 attached.

The image should be the same size or smaller than the loaded roll size.
