HP Flexi Print & Cut 64bit will not be able to launch

Following Sep/Oct, Microsoft patched to Win 11. HP Flexi Print and Cut 21 64-bit version cannot start (gets loaded Fonts), and it closes. There have been no reports of errors. The 32-bit version now launches perfectly and functions. I've uninstalled the Flexi program and then reinstalled it following the reboot, but I still have the same problem.
