Hi!
The issue I'm experiencing is the following: We're running long runs of paper stock (Hp Premium Papers and other variations) 150ft+. The paper seems to bubble right before entering the heating/curing bar, which causes the print head carriage to leave streaks or cause fuzzy print quality. I'm in the process of experimenting with different heat settings and vacuum settings (currently running on 200 degrees and 90 vacuum.) We've also experimented with interpass delay and several HP paper profiles and custom created profiles. Are there recommended techniques for printing long runs of paper to prevent this?
