Hello,
Is there technology within the 831 printheads that prevent them from printing when there is no ink present in the system? I know that if they are printed dry this can damage them.
I know the cartridges will read as empty and printing should stop, but what if the ink level reads incorrectly? Will the printheads recognize there is no ink and stop printing? Or will they continue to print which will then lead them to being damaged?
