HP Latex 365 ink build up underneath ink carriage assembly

We have ink build up near the edges of the print heads on our HP Latex 365. Does anyone else have this happen? Is this normal? See photo attached.

Hi @VinylLabNW_BLane,

Looking at the picture, it seems that the MeC is not working properly, it might be full or the clothe is not advancing to clean the printhead.
