HP Latex 54 Plus Cutter

We are printing and cutting stickers where we have both a kiss cut around the sticker itself and then we perf cut a rectangle around that for the backing. The kiss cuts are perfect, but the perf cut is double cutting the top of the rectangle and the stickers are popping out. Has anyone had this problem of double cutting with the perf cut? Like I said it is only double cutting the top of the rectangle. How do we stop it from double cutting? Thanks!

One solution for this issue is to leave a margin between the rows to preserve the Double cut between the rows. I hope it helps.

I'm using the HP Latex 54 Basic cutter, and for some reason it is cutting about an 1/8 or just under an 1/8 to the left. I ran a OPOS calibration, but that did not work. Any suggestions?
