HP Latex 700 W Optimizer

We have had our printer for about a month and we have not printed many jobs on it at the moment. When we have come to print the other day the optimizer has run out, we was wondering why it has used all the optimizer so quick with not much print going through it? The rest of the printheads are between 63% to 71% with ink

Hi @gary.tomlinson10074, My understanding is that the issue is related to printer servicings when it is not in use to maintain the printheads in good condition. The Optimizer PH probably needs a more recurrent servicing mode. My advice is that if the issue persists and this waste of ink it's reproduced again, to get in contact with your support representative.
