How does one reset the admin password on the Latex 800 Series. I was unaware that this printer had user settings, and it will not update with a admin login.

Hi @jlimpf13960, A service technician has to do it. An admin password is set by an admin in order to avoid access to specific settings. Admin password has to be reset by the admin himself. If the admin forgot the password or there is no way that the admin can do it, you should contact your HP support representative. It is imperative that a technician does it in that case.

Cómo se establece en un perfil de máquina la calidad de impresión de 1200ppp x 1200ppp en la hp látex 800 para posterior sincronización en RIP caldera. Gracias

Hola @comercial19416, Estos son los pasos para tu encuesta. Crear un pritmode en printer de 18P_100ink. Sincronixar la impresora con el Rip. Averiguar el nuevo printmode con la nueva resolucion en el rip. 18p_100 ink deberia aparecer 1200 dpi de resolución. Espero haber podido ayudarte.
