HP Latex Basic Cutter Issues

Ive tried reaching out to HP customer service, but they transfer me and then hang-up. I am having issues where the HP Cutter will stop mid cut on standard RTA vinyl and restart, Wasting media, Other times it will run a job with the bar code on printed media, and the I run the next job right after and its says no connection. If I restart the machine it will show my IP again. Need help solving this as soon as possible.

Hi @rgcantonga12078, I recommend checking the following: Some data may be missing due to communication issues The software (RIP) used to drive the machine may be outdated, update the software The job may be incorrectly terminated (probably missing the “end” or “deselect” command to indicate the end of the job) by the software (RIP) used to drive the machine, check the configuration of the software If none of these suggestions solve the issue, please contact your support representative.
