Hello, Don't know if this is the right forum but will give it a go I'm trying download some medias from rip SaiFlexi12 Production manager > Media management > online search but this is blank. Have that problem with all our clients. Have Win 10 all the rips. Do you have some good advice to how resolve this. Best regards, Kadri-Liis

Hi Kadri, As far as I know, it seems that lately some issues occur when downloading media profiles from the RIP. I will suggest you to download them from the HP Media Solutions Locator. I'll come back to you once all the issues will be solved. Hope this helps,
