Good evening, I had to install the PLS firmware 40.22.52.1. I would like to understand if there is a way to deactivate the advance when I press the preheating before sending the print (attached photo). Honestly, the continuous movement of the material in the preparation phase is annoying and I would like to understand if there is a way to grab it at least in the preheating phase (when we type the thermometer icon). Is there a way to disable this advance... it's really frustrating and risky for the heads.

Thank you Best regards

Hi @magazzino13005,

After pressing the preheating button the printer does all the preparations to be ready to start printing that means that the material may move a little during this phase but it should not suppose any danger to the printheads.

Since the preparations the printer makes are automatically done there is no way to deactivate the movement of the media during the preparation.
