Ink droplet in print

I was having banding issues with just colors using Magenta (reds, burgundies, purples..etc.). I've tried using the "optimize print quality" cleanings, re-profiling medias (even thought it happens on all medias), Cleaning print heads, and finally replacing print heads. I replaced the One Yellow/Magenta heads and the good news is, it's not banding anymore. The bad news is, I am now getting ink droplets on the media when printing Also earlier we were printing good quality on 10 pass in canvas but now we have to print on 12 pass to get the same result on same profile

Hi @nandan21758975, If the PHs have been replaced and they are facing ink drops on the media please check or replace the MEC ( Maintenance Cartridge). The maintenance cartridge cleans and maintains the printheads, and seals the printheads when they are not in use to prevent them from Drying out. If after this action the error is not fixed please contact your support representative.
