Issues with colour on my 315

Can anyone help me understand why my colours have shifted. Same media, same profile, same file from Flexi. Different colours. They should be the same colours as the "U" shaped decal on the bottom.

It looks like you are not following the proper color management process. Please have a look at and follow the steps from the user guide, on pages 107-111.
